Rich American Cheese Minis in Tasty Marinara


  • 1 bag Mini American Cheese (CN)* or your favorite CN variety of Mrs. T's® Mini Pierogies
  • 4 pounds nutritionally enhanced marinara sauce
  • 8½ ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Nonstick cooking spray


  1. Spray the pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lay the pierogies in the pans, shingling lightly to fit.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce into the pans.
  4. Fold the pierogies and marinara sauce together, making sure that the marinara sauce is evenly distributed.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over each of the pans.
  6. Cover the pans tightly.
  7. Place pans in a preheated steamer for 20 minutes.
Convection Oven:
  1. After covering pans tightly, preheat convection oven to 350°F. Bake for 30 minutes.
