BBQ Chicken Pierogy Nachos


  • 1 bag Mrs. T's Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies
  • 2 pounds shredded chicken
  • 16 ounces BBQ sauce
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 14 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, minced
  • Nonstick cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. Place frozen pierogies on a parchment lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake pierogies for 8 minutes, then flip pierogies and top with chicken, red onion and cheese.
  5. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and top with avocado and parsley before serving.
