Strawberry Bacon Mini Pierogy Salad
- 1 bag Mini Classic Cheddar or your favorite variety of Mrs. T's® Mini Pierogies
- 1 pound salad greens
- 3 ½ pounds strawberries, sliced
- 2 pounds bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 14 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 ¾ cups strawberry vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place mini pierogies in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes; drain. Chill in cold water.
- Place all ingredients in a large container and mix gently to combine.
