Cooking Instructions

Cooking times may vary according to equipment used.
Cook to an internal temperature of 160ᵒF for all cooking methods listed.

  • Boil

    • Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
    • Add frozen stuffed pasta. When water returns to a boil, continue cooking the stuffed pasta an additional 3 minutes, then drain.
  • Sauté

    • Sauté frozen stuffed pasta in skillet with butter or oil on medium heat.
    • Turn occasionally until golden brown.
    • Full Size: 8-10 minutes on each side.
    • Minis: 6 minutes on each side.
  • Baked

    • Spray cooking sheet and both sides of frozen stuffed pasta with non-stick cook spray.
    • Conventional Oven
    • Preheat oven to 400ᵒF.
    • Full Size: Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through bake time.
    • Minis: Bake 14 minutes until golden brown and puffed, turning halfway through bake time.
    • Baked Convection Oven
    • Preheat oven to 350ᵒF.
    • Full Size: Bake 16-18 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through bake time.
    • Minis: Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown and puffed, turning halfway through bake time.
  • Deep Fry

    • Place frozen stuffed pasta in a fryer that has been preheated to 350ᵒF.
    • Full Size: Cook stuffed pasta for 4 minutes or until nicely browned and float.
    • Minis: Cook stuffed pasta for 3 minutes or until nicely browned and float.
  • Steamed

    • Place frozen stuffed pasta in a slotted or solid pan with oil.
    • Full Size: Cook stuffed pasta for 10-12 minutes or until nicely browned and float.
    • Minis: Cook stuffed pasta for 8-10 minutes or until nicely browned and float.
    • When steaming more than one pan, allow an additional 2 minutes per pan.
