K-12 Cheesy Broccoli Pierogy Bites


  • 1 bag Mini American Cheese or your favorite variety of Mrs. T's® Mini Pierogies
  • 1 ½ pounds cheddar cheese sauce
  • 1 ⅔ pounds frozen broccoli florets
  • Nonstick cooking spray


  1. Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray. Lay the pierogies in the pan, shingling lightly to fit.
  2. Top with the broccoli florets.
  3. Pour the cheddar cheese into the pan.
  4. Fold all ingredients together, making sure that the cheddar cheese sauce is evenly distributed.
Alternative Preparation:
  1. Cover the pan tightly.
  2. Place pan in a preheated steamer for 20 to 22 minutes.
Convection Oven:
  1. Cover the pan tightly.
  2. Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
