Loaded Mini Pierogy Fries


  • 1 bag Mrs. T’s Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies
  • 1 ¾ pounds sharp cheddar cheese, cut into ½” cubes
  • 7 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground Dijon mustard
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 ¾ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 ¾ - 2 ½ cups beer
  • 1 ¾ pounds bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 green onions, sliced


  1. Preheat oil to 350°F. Fry pierogies in oil for 3 minutes until nicely browned. Drain and set aside.
  2. Place cubed cheddar, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, sriracha sauce and paprika in a food processor; blend until finely chopped.
  3. Slowly pour beer into food processor until desired consistency is reached; set aside.
  4. Top pierogies with beer cheese sauce, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
