Mini Pierogy Chicken and Dumplings
- 1 bag Mini American Cheese (CN)* or your favorite variety of Mrs. T’s® Mini Pierogies
- 2 pounds chicken broth
- 1 ½ pounds precooked chunked chicken
- 3 pounds frozen pea & carrot vegetable blend
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Spray the pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lay the pierogies in the pans, shingling lightly to fit.
- Cover each pan with the vegetable mix.
- Add chicken chunks to each pan.
- Cover each pan with chicken broth.
- Cover each pan tightly.
- Place in preheated steamer for 30 to 35 minutes.
- All ingredients may be heated separately and then mixed together.
