Mini Pierogy Chicken & Dumplings


  • 1 bag Mini American Cheese (CN)* or your favorite variety of Mrs. T’s® Mini Pierogies
  • 2 pounds chicken broth
  • 1 ½ pounds precooked chunked chicken
  • 3 pounds frozen pea & carrot vegetable blend
  • Nonstick cooking spray


  1. Spray the pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lay the pierogies in the pans, shingling lightly to fit.
  3. Cover each pan with the vegetable mix.
  4. Add chicken chunks to each pan.
  5. Cover each pan with chicken broth.
  6. Cover each pan tightly.
  7. Place in preheated steamer for 30 to 35 minutes.
Alternative Preparation:
  1. All ingredients may be heated separately and then mixed together.
