Pigskin Minis


  • 1 bag Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies
  • 50 slices of bacon (sliced in half)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray


  1. Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Defrost pierogies by placing in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Wrap ½ slice bacon around each pierogy. Arrange pierogies on baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar after baking, if desired.
Alternative Preparation:
  1. Instead of baking the wrapped pierogies, sauté for 8 minutes or grill for 5 minutes until browned.
