Tender Pulled Pork Pierogies
Ingredients
- 1 bag Loaded Baked Potato or your favorite variety of Mrs. T's® Pierogies
- 6 pounds pulled pork BBQ
- 3 pounds sour cream
- 1 pound butter
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add pierogies and sauté for 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Heat pulled pork BBQ according to package directions.
- Top pierogies with pulled pork BBQ and sour cream before serving.
