White Pierogy Pizza


  • 1 bag Mrs. T's Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies
  • 1 large prepackaged pizza crust
  • 1 pound ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 pounds mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat convection oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together ricotta cheese and olive oil. Add garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and Parmesan to the ricotta, mix to combine.
  3. Add mozzarella to the ricotta mixture and mix to incorporate.
  4. Put the cheese mixture on pizza crust with approximately 15 to 20 frozen mini pierogies.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
